These terms cover use of the DMO Group website. Construction services are subject to separate project agreements.

Website information

The site describes our services and showcases residential work. Gallery photographs are examples of work, not a list of properties currently for sale. Availability, specifications, schedules, and pricing must be confirmed directly with DMO Group. The homepage hero is an illustrative home image.

Inquiries and project agreements

Sending an inquiry does not create a construction contract, reserve a property, establish a price, or commit either party to perform work. Scope, fees, scheduling, warranties, payments, cancellation, and other project obligations must be addressed in a separate agreement. The website does not accept online payments.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit misleading or harmful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or send unsolicited messages through the inquiry form. Provide only information relevant to your inquiry and that you are authorized to share.
